Note: The air suspension mechanical assembly consists of three parts: ① Air suspension main body, ② Mechanical accessories, ③ Fastening components; Where X-X denotes the Xth component within the Xth part. For example, ① Air suspension main body 5-3 indicates the 3rd part within the 5th component of the air suspension main body.

The welding of the leaf spring seat to the axle must ensure proper alignment and meet the center distance requirements for positioning;

The welding ground wire must only be connected to the axle body, avoiding grounding through rotating wheel components.

 

Optional ABS gear rings, sensors, etc., as required;

 

After the initial loading and driving of a new vehicle, as well as after 15 days of operation or each tire change, tighten the nuts with a torque wrench in the specified sequence;

Use dedicated lubricants and avoid incompatible oils;

Pay attention to axle maintenance, regularly inspect and replace components.
